Exchange / Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot take products back once they have been shipped. Once orders are shipped, we cannot offer refunds and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order has not been shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment if the refund was approved and you will also be notified. Please remember it will take some time for your bank to process the refund.
