Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You will also get a tracking number.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed  within 2-3 business days. We will try get your orders sent out as soon as possible.

Damages and issues

Sophia's Beauty Bar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please make sure you keep all packaging materials before filing the complaint.
